Returns and repairs
Unused gear can come back within 60 days. Used gear that fails comes back to the workshop.

Returns
Send back anything unused, with its tags, within 60 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment. Boots must be unworn outdoors: try them on at home on carpet. Ropes can be returned only in their sealed bag.
Faults
If something fails in normal use, we repair it, replace it or refund it. Write to us with a photograph first.
