Size and fit

Our boots run true to EU size with room for a midweight sock. If you wear thick winter socks, or your feet swell on long days, go half a centimetre up the table.

How to measure, and every size table

Field notes

A boot for the days the trail stops being a path: scree, wet roots, a loaded pack. The nylon shank stiffens the sole enough to edge on rock without feeling like a mountaineering boot on the walk in.

The upper is one piece of waxed nubuck with few seams, so there are few places for water to get in or for the boot to wear through. When the sole is worn, send them back: we resole them in the workshop.

Fit: true to EU size with room for a midweight sock. Use the boot table if you know your foot length. EU 45 is sold out until June.
