Torso length decides the pack size, not your height. The hip belt on each size adjusts across the range shown.
| Size | Torso length | Hip belt fits |
|---|---|---|
| S | 38–45 cm / 15–17.7 in | 66–94 cm / 26–37 in |
| M | 45–51 cm / 17.7–20.1 in | 71–102 cm / 28–40 in |
| L | 51–57 cm / 20.1–22.4 in | 76–112 cm / 30–44 in |
The Talus carries a weekend load well and a week’s hut-to-hut load without complaint. The mesh back panel holds the pack a few centimetres off your back, so your shirt can dry while you walk.
Pick the size by torso length, not height: the fit guide shows how to measure it. The hip belt on each size adjusts across a wide range, and the sternum strap slides up and down on rails.
The two steel mugs in the photograph are not included. The side compression straps will take them, a foam pad or a pair of poles.
