Size by waist first. The leg loops adjust; if your thigh is outside the range, try the size up or down and check the belt still closes past the safety mark.

A harness that suits a full rack on a trad day and still feels light at the sport crag. The four gear loops are stiff enough to push a quickdraw onto with one hand.
The belay loop has a red core woven in. When you can see red through the outer webbing, retire the harness. Size by waist with the harness table; the leg loops adjust and drop at the back without untying.
