Field notes

A shell for days when it rains from the car park to the summit and back. Three layers keep the membrane protected inside, so it does not feel clammy against bare arms, and every seam is taped.

The hand pockets sit high enough to use with a hip belt done up. The pit zips run thirty centimetres, which does more for comfort on a climb than any breathability figure.

Moss is a dark green; Blaze is the high-visibility orange we use for our shop signs. Blaze in XL is sold out.
